I own 3 pairs of these shorts and I am extremely pleased with them. They are very soft and breathable, and don't restrict your stride at all. The liner is soft enough to be worn without spandex of some sort. Paired with a race singlet (like the hydralite singlet) it makes an excellent racing set, but don't be afraid to run in them all the time, they will hold up to the abuse.

These are simply the best running shorts I have ever worn. Lightweight, cool, very small zippered key/Fuel pocket. If you have never tried split shorts, you are cheating yourself. There is absolutely nothing to cling to your legs once you get hot and sweaty, and the tiny bit that is there has a little stretch. Especially good if you have a longer stride. It really is perfect. After running in one pair, I immediately bought one in every color.
Just please promise not to wear these to the grocery store. These are for RUNNING!
