I am 69 yrs. old Fm and have been running for 2 yrs. I always wore the wide width, but since my favorite color (purple) didn't come in a wide, I ordered the Med. just to try them out and I am extremely pleased. Actually the Med stops a toe of mine from cramping. I recommend these shoes to everyone. KEEP RUNNING, IT IS NEVER TOO LATE.

These are the only shoes I buy because of their stability and comfort. I used a pair all year for teaching and one for working out. I only replaced a pair after training for a big race and putting on a lot of miles. They are awesome for your feet. I have had tendonitis and several issues with running in the past, and they are the best shoe I've found so far to help with these issues.

This is my second pair of Cohesions. The first pair, I bet I have had for at LEAST 5 years, I purchased them because I needed a pair of tennis shoes and I liked how they looked. I did exercise occasionally in them and found them very durable and comfortable. I started training for my first 5K in the old pair, and they were fine, but I could tell the support was waning simply based on their age and use. I am new to jogging/running, and did not want to invest a lot of money in running shoes because I wasn't sure if I would stick with it. I actually am starting to enjoy it and look forward to the workout! The new Cohesions are perfect, they are good for any type of exercise, really. I was able to take them right out of the box and run my normal route with no issues, pain, or break-in. I did order them a half size bigger than my normal size based on a recommendation from a friend who does run, but I don't think I needed to. There is plenty of room in the toe, and I think my normal size would have also been OK. These shoes offer very good support for a novice runner trying to get into shape. Highly recommend, great value.

Purchased it recently for a 32 mile walk and I made it to the end :-) It felt like I was walking on clouds, they are so comfortable, my foot never felt more at ease. It has good cushioning. I never had to break in them. Got them a day before the walk and it was perfect. So, go get it. It's worth your buck.

What I like the most of my shoes, is that after a long day of work my feet don't hurt at all. I did not rate them with the 5 stars because I don't like the style very much; nevertheless, they do their work.

My feet are wide and I have difficulty finding shoes that feel good. I have never ordered a running shoe that I did not have to break in. However, with the Cohesion 6, I opened the box, put them on and jogged 3 miles. My feet felt like they were enveloped in a cloud. I really need to order a back up pair or two!

Unfortunately, my running days are over, but I am still very active and engage in many outdoor and fitness center activities except long-distance running. The Saucony Cohesion six, together with my orthotics, keep my heel spur/plantar fasciitis wonderfully under control. I love the feel - and look of it.

The day I got my shoes, I wore them to work in order to start breaking them in (I am a high school teacher). After work that day, I went for a run, expecting to run about 1-2 miles before having to stop due to blisters. But...I was able to run 45 minutes with NO BLISTERS OR HURTING FEET!! I was completely amazed! I am definitely a Saucony girl for life!!

After wearing my wonderful but 5 year old Sauconys to a treadless sole, I bought these running shoes. I noticed a huge improvement. My feet are cushioned and toes have room spread as I pound the pavement. My old knee injury does not flare up while running with these new shoes. Exactly what I wanted. Fun colors, too.

Due to a foot injury and knee surgery I have tried many many many shoes. Once I went with Saucony I have never bought anything else. I have owned the Cohesion style since they were first made & the Cohesion 6 by far is the BEST! I own a few pair & have to say my purple are my favorite. They are not a bright purple but more of an eggplant with bright pink laces. I get compliments every time I wear them. I can stand in them for hours & still go do 5 miles & my feet feel great!!!

I've ran in Saucony shoes for awhile and now 3 pairs of Saucony shoes later and I just love them. I'm a runner and put in 40-50 miles a week during the summer. I run on trails, roads, and tracks. And I find these shoes to be perfect! They hold up well and the price is reasonable!!
Don't discontinue, and I think I may be ordering another pair just because I love them some much, even more than my Cohesion 5's.

I am not an athlete. I am a teacher, a mother, and a grandmother who spends the day (5 am to 9 pm) on my feet!
I broke my ankle last year and tore the ligaments in my foot. Had to give up any "cute" shoes and heels. Very depressed until I found the comfort and support in the Saucony shoe. Love the bright colors! My students can't wait to see what shoes I come into school wearing. The Cohesion 6 "purple" however, is not purple-it's bright blue. Those of us who love purple will be disappointed with the color.

RUNS BIG FOR NORMAL/NARROW FEET

I recently bought the Saucony Cohesion 6 in grey/pink/citron as my gym shoes (treadmill and elliptical mostly) and really like this shoe. It is very comfortable and has a lot of cushion, especially in the heel. It also has a wide sole/base so it is very sturdy - I don't feel like I'm going to roll my weak ankles at all in these. It has ample arch support and the mesh design upper is noticeable in keeping my feet cool and dry. And, it's a great looking shoe. I really do love these. One warning, however - it runs VERY BIG for normal to narrow feet. I have slightly narrow feet and had to go down TWO SIZES in this shoe! I have worn Saucony Jazz running shoes for almost a decade in a size 8.5 (I'm usually in an 8 - 8.5, normal width). However, I am in a 7.5 in the Cohesion 6! The Cohesion is a much wider design than the Jazz, which probably accounts for the difficulty with sizing, but I never thought I'd have to go all the way down to a 7.5!! I originally bought the Cohesion in an 8, normal width, but after just one day at the gym, I could feel blisters starting to form because my foot was sliding around quite a bit. The arch support was also not hitting my foot in the right spot in the size 8 and made my feet pretty sore. The 7.5 is a PERFECT fit, however, and is a very comfortable shoe without any blisters or soreness! So, beware if you have normal to normal/narrow feet - try these on before buying! Once you find the right fit, you won't be sorry - this is another great shoe from Saucony.
