Great shoe and is definitely worth a buy . The fit is great if your foot is a bit wide . I have used it only on a threadmill , it's a very snug fit feels almost natural .

The shoe is true to size, and very comfortable when running. I've only run approx. 20 miles in the shoes at the time of this posting, so durability is unknown. Definitely a good purchase.

The mirage 3 update from the previous versions is excellent. I did not like the previous models but my local running store said that this is a great shoe. I tried it and it is much better. I actually like it better than my Kinvara 3. Hopefully the Kinvara 4 update follows suit. Light shoe with much better cushion.

The Kinvara's are my all time favorite shoe (actually the 2's were but the 3's ride very nice too) but was looking for a slightly more durable sole. I like the Mirage 3 from the standpoint of the flex film material on the upper which feels somewhat like the Kinvara's. The ride seems stiffer than the Kinvara's but not annoyingly so. Not a fair comparison to the Kinvara as they are a totally different shoe, but so far so good. They definitely have more support than the Kinvara, which I don't need, but would be a good option for runners who might. Width does seem slightly narrower than the 2's, luckily I don't have wide feet; however, the flex film uppers may
provide more stretch for those who do. Overall a nice job on this shoe by Saucony and the uppers updated from the 2's gives it a better feel in my opinion.
