I'm a high school student, currently a junior, and I used this spike in indoor, and outdoor track. So for running every distance from 55m - 600m in these. They don't have the worlds best quality, but they do get the job done. The plat is still functional, and the grip is there. But they loose quality quick on the bottoms. It could also be the way I run, but I doubt it. Considering the price you pay though it's more than worth the money. I'm probably going to need a new pair though for next year after this outdoor season is complete. I still recomend them though, cheap and worth the cost.

I bought them for my son an he really likes them. They look very stylish an fast. He also likes the fit it form fitting around the foot so he does not slip coming out of the blocks. We would buy them again.
