i love these pants.
i prefer to run early in the morning, and this time of year it is super cold.... these pants are warm, but not bulky. very soft, warm, material is used to make these pants, i wish i had bought another pair just for lounging around the house, in fact after trying these pants out i went back to the website to order another pair, but saw they only came in one color. if they came in another color i would have bought those too.
they did run a little long so make sure you keep that in mind if you buy a pair. i would definitely recommend these pants to any serious runner looking for warm comfortable pants.

The Saucony Nomad Pant is a really nice running pant. It's soft, windproof in the front, and wicks moisture. The leg zipper is great and the cut and design of the pant works very nice when running. The Saucony River logo and name on the pant is great, too.

Great Cold Weather/Wind Pants

PostedDecember 26, 2012
I Run: As a social activity, Competitively, For fun, To set a personal best, To stay in shape
I Use This Product For: Running
I purchased these pants for cold weather running in Northern Utah. I am very pleased with the pants. They are not tight on the legs and zipper on the ankles is perfect. I really have been impressed with Saucony's designs. The front of the pants are a windbreak type material that work great while the back is a bit lighter and let your lower half breath. I am 6'2" and I bought a Large. They seem to fit just right. On the really cold early morning runs, I wear a pair of compression tights, (which I probably don't need) underneath. I really do think highly of Saucony and their designs not only in apparel but also in their shoes. Thanks Saucony!

Update to review
Posted December 29, 2012
This is an update to the first review about running in Northern UT... I went out for a run this morning, temp said 12 degrees F. I ran in these pants with compression shorts, pleasantly surprised how warm I stayed. I will no longer be running with full tights, these pants alone are sufficient. Still impressed- a minor improvement could be just a little slimmer fit but overall very impressed.
