I am in high school cross country and we run a 5k and these shoes feel great. They also look awesome and are extremely comfortable for how light they are.

The Shay is an excellent shoe for high school cross country runners. It is extremely lightweight and with 6 spikes it has great traction for trails, fields, hills, etc. Only downside is because it is so light and flexible, it doesn't provide much support. It is so light, you may forget you are running with spikes! It looks great and I definitely recommed it for competitive runners.

I Use This Product For: Racing
These were the second pair of spikes ive had. I just bought them a week ago and ran in them at my second meet of the season. They felt great and performance was amazing. They really allow you to accelerate quickly out of the turns. However, the comfortability is low on this shoe because you really need to wear socks, and I prefer to run without socks in my spikes. If you have short strides these will be bad, because they have virturally no support, but if you are a better runner, these will serve well. They look great as well. The only downside is that they are uncomfortable, because they require socks. But definitley a great spike.
