The saucony ignition shoe is a ok shoe for regular day use as well a gym class, occasional indoor soccer, and short road races. It lacks traction for north country trails (roots, rocks, steep trails: 45*). It is comfortable and conformed to my foot quickly. After about 8 months of continued use, the mesh around my pinky toe at the ball has begun to fall apart and disappear.

I'm not a runner at all. I bought these shoes to wear at the office, where I'm on my feet pretty constantly, so comfort and durability are still very important to me.
For years, I'd been buying another brand, even though they weren't as comfortable, because they were the only ones that seemed to fit my extra-wide high-arched feet. Now I feel silly, because these fit almost as good (not quite wide enough) but feel *great*, and the arch is nice and high, and they cost less than the other brand.
Besides the fit, they're very light. I barely notice they're there. Plus, with all the mesh, they're very cool - not style-wise, even though they're that too, but temperature-wise. I might just be a customer for life now.

After the virus was released I was fortunate enough to survive. After my supplies ran out I had to venture out to gather food and provisions for my family. I use these shoes to outrun and out maneuver the walking dead. After miles of running and scavenging supplies these perform excellent in all terrain(woods, sand, city streets). After a long day of running and fighting the undead my feet do not hurt like some of the other shoes I have found in the ransacked stores. I would recommend these to any other survivors that are fighting for their lives. Good luck
