Literally so light it's nonexistent. You can't even tell your wearing anything; like you're running in bare feet with spikes on the bottom... At the same time, they provide excellent and weightless support. Bottom line: I'VE RUN A PR IN EVERY SINGLE RACE I'VE EVER USED THESE IN......BUY THEM IF YOU ARE A SERIOUS ATHLETE.

Awesome Spikes

I wore these spikes for my last track season and to put it simply they are awesome. After running 13 track meets and about 30 events they still look brand new! No tear in the fabric and they didn't stretch out. The only thing was the bottom of them were a little rubbed down. But that's expected, overall it has been my favorite spike.

These spikes are very comfortable and you almost forget about them during the race since they are so light. The spikes are great for the steelechase as well and they drain the water very easily. The impact is cushioned very well over the barriers regardless of whether the landing is midfoot, heel, or forefoot. Overall, I recommend these spikes for any serious athlete running the mile or longer in track, including the 3000m steeplechase.

I run the 1600 and 800 meter runs and 4x800 relay in track. I am in high school and i have always used my cross country spikes for track, but i thought i would try a pair designed for the actual track. It paid off. the support and the weight is ideal for any mid-long distance runner. the only problem is they are out of support by the end of the season so you have to buy a new pair every year. But i can live with that because of how it feel and fits to my foot. It is a joy to run in!!!

i am in 8th grade and i have ran track and cross country for 2 years in 7th grade i used an adidas spike and i liked them and my fastest time using those shoes was a 12:09 for the track 2 mile. this year with my saucony endorphin ld3 i ran an 11:05 2 mile the shoe is realy light and comfortable and they last long . and next year i expect to get another pair but this time in green instead of orange. for my training shoes im deffinatly sticking with saucony cause of the quality of their shoes.

Good steeplechase spike

I use these for steeple and the 5k, they drain pretty well for the steeple except the back tends to hold a bit of water, comfortable for longer races. Only negative is that they seem a little cheap and almost a knock off of the mamba 2

These are and overall great spike, but I would change one thing about these. I borrowed one of my friends Nike Matumbo shoes and they were incredible, just like these except the only difference is that these don't have the same arch support, what I felt with the Nike's was a incredible arch support that fit my foot perfectly , like a missing part, which translates on the track to a faster time and i felt like they were pushing me forward and I was running on paper. But these spikes lack that form fitting arch, and instead of running on paper it feels like smacking road with every step, these are incredibly light weight but, I would add the extra .2 ounces and add that arch for the smooth transition, these shoes make you work, and you can feel it in every thump of the shoe when your racing, but the Nike's make it effortless, to the point where i forgot they were on,

Let's be real, it looks awesome. I have run some great races in this season already, my first with them. For this reason, I cannot say how durable they are, but it seems like they are holding up very well and will easily make it through the season and beyond. I decided to try them with out socks and realized that to do this, I needed to make sure that I tied the lower laces a little extra tight to keep my foot from sliding around. With socks, it was okay, but didn't feel as nice. Three or four other guys on my team bought the shoe after seeing it and feeling how light it is and they are also loving and thriving off the shoe. I especially like the four spike plate. Saucony, please don't change it.

this shoe is vary good for track and cross country the flexibility grip are intensely amazing, the shoe is extremely light its almost like your running on your bare feet. i use this shoe for strictly racing and get a vary good out-come from them i highly suggest this shoe for any distance track/cross country runner
