I love Saucony! I love the way they fit, I love the comfort level, but I was missing the much needed training shoe...but this is it!!!! I haven't been able to move to another brand because these are truly the most comfortable that I have found for my feet. I will say that I go through Saucony's like crazy because I train hard, and the styles that I have had did not stand up to the challenge. My 1st workout with the Trex was incredible! I could feel a difference -- the support on the sides & at the toe were perfect for my workouts. I am truly excited about this shoe...now for more color choices...

great shoe for lateral stability

I have been struggling post meniscus tear to get back to Zumba and other exercise classes. I was always sore. Finally it hit me the shoes I was wearing did not provide the lateral support I needed. I read reviews on these shoes and ordered a pair. I have worn the shoes for 3 weeks now at class- and what a difference. So sad to hear these are discontinued and I can't even find another pair in my size.

I learned from my local shoe store that this shoe is no longer offered. Thus, I am purchasing shoes for the next two years. I love love these shoes! I use them for circuit training, Zumba, aerobics and any other fitness activity that requires lateral stability. They are supportive yet feel wonderful from the first time you wear them. Please bring these shoes back!

I needed some cross training shoes and I use the Guide 5 shoes for running. After wearing these for five min though, my outer toe on my left foot started going numb. I like a shoe with a wider toe box and sadly these werent the ones for me.

I've been a long time Saucony wearer and this was my first purchase of a true cross training sneaker and I could not be happier. It's lightweight, comfortable, true to size (I have a narrow foot but always get a medium width in athletic shoes), and works perfectly whether I'm on the elliptical machine, treadmill, or doing weight training. My only "complaint" is the color scheme as I wish there were other choices but it's certainly not that much of a negative.

I love saucony for running, but always had to turn to other brands for cross trainers. These are perfect, they are light weight yet supportive. I really like the colors on the shoe, it's a fun mixture, but i do hope they come out with additional colors.

I typically buy Saucony running shoes, so when I needed cross trainers I was concerned they wouldn't be as comfortable. I was very pleasantly surprised when I put these light weight shoes on and realized they were extremely comfortable. I wear them for kickboxing and they have been comfortable from the first time I wore them to class.

I'm a minimalist shoe lady. I'm in love with the Kinvara, but I realized it wasn't giving me the support I needed for the plyo-type training I do to stay in shape for surfing. The Trex is a nice compromise. It's not as sleek and stylish as the Kinvara, and indeed a little stiff at first, but it's a true cross-trainer that gives me the extra insurance I need when hopping around doing ski jumps, side lunges and mountain climbers. Runs nicely too. I'm glad I was able to make the switch to a cross-trainer without having to stray from Sauc!

I have bad planter faceitis and was recommended this brand of shoe. The first pair was also Saucony and it worked soooo well, I bought another pair (this one only in silver/pink). At first it's a little stiff/hard but the more you wear it the more it contours to your foot. I switch back & forth between both pairs one for working outside the other is THIS nicer pair. My foot hasn't hurt me ever since I bought the both pairs. Now I don't even wear any other brand, I get heel pain with others. I HIGHLY recommend this shoe. I have not had any issues whatsoever and plan to buy more styles/colors in the future.

I recommend Saucony to all of my patients who are runners. They make a great shoe. I wish cross trainers were easier to find in the stores b/c trying them on would have been nice b/f having to purchase them or send them back. There's not alot of cushioning in the forefoot of the XT compared to some of the Saucony running shoes I've tried, but in general I think this is a good shoe.

I love my sauconys for running and for everyday, but was looking for a shoe to do cross training and cardio classes in. These shoes give me the support I need and are really comfortable. We do alot of side to side work, plyometrics, lunges and squats and they are perfect for that. I would definately recommend these for training!

I have always been in love with Saucony for my running shoes but I always had to look else where for my cross trainers, so when I saw these I knew I had to have them. They are very comfortable and give me lots of support for everything I do at the gym, which ranges from weight lifting to aerobic classes. The picture does not do them justice either. I have gotten so many compliments on these shoes. I would recommend these to everyone.
